YOUR COLOUR APPOINTMENT

You purchased your new home, now it’s time to select the colours and finishes that will make it your own.
You will be contacted to schedule a Colour Appointment, during the appointment you will have a choice of our wide range of finishes and the customized options available for your home. We will help to assist you with selecting your finishes.

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR COLOUR APPOINTMENT

Many New Home purchasers come prepared with questions, sample pictures, ads from magazines, or photos of their current furnishings that will be incorporated into their new home.  You may also want to bring along a cushion from a sofa, or a colour swatch of bedding etc., so that you can coordinate with your selections of tiles, flooring, carpet, counter tops, and cabinetry.  Don’t forget your phone/camera to take photos of your colour selections for future reference.

TIME FRAME FOR PAYMENT OF UPGRADES

All upgrades selected must be paid for within 40 days from the initial scheduled Selection date.  Any selections that are not paid by the 40th day will be obsolete and the Builder’s Schedule “A” take’s precedence.

This time frame cannot ​be extended as supplier lead times have increased due to product availability concerns.

We will do our best to confirm product availability and pricing in a timely manner so that the building process is not delayed.

Note:  Please note, Exterior package selections (including window colour, stone/brick/siding, etc.) and Kitchen selections are priority and should be selected at your first scheduled appointment.
